The studio

Built for the
big ones.

Ratio Visuals is an architectural visualisation studio focused on high-rise and large-scale projects — the towers, estates and masterplans where the imagery has to carry a launch.

Who we are

Architecture first. Photograph, not render. One studio from plan to launch.

We are architects who visualise. Every project starts the way a building does — plan, section, massing, camera study — and ends as photographs of a place that doesn't exist yet: skyline heroes, the arrival, the amenity deck, the residences, and the people who'd live there, small in the frame.

The studio's projects are set in Tampa, Miami, Dubai, London, Singapore and Sydney. Work like this is what a developer pre-sells on and an architect wins with — because it looks like the finished building, not like a render.

Who you'll talk to

R. Mustafa — architect, founder

Ratio Visuals is led by R. Mustafa, an architect who runs the studio the way a project runs: drawings first, cameras agreed on grey massing, then the set. He reads every brief that comes in and answers it himself.

Talk to R. Mustafa about your tower — info@ratiovisuals.net · +1 (240) 896-3734 · reply within one business day.

How a tower package works

Four steps
to launch.

01 / BRIEF

Drawings in, shot list out

Plans, sections, massing or a Revit/SketchUp model. We come back with a shot list, a camera plan and a scope — no pricing until we've read the drawings.

02 / GREY

Camera study, signed off

Every camera is agreed on a grey massing model before anything is rendered — angle, height, context, time of day.

03 / SET

Stills, then film

Exteriors, amenities and residences delivered as one coherent set; film and reels follow from approved stills.

04 / LAUNCH

Formats for every channel

Sales gallery, brochure, web, hoarding, social — delivered in the formats the launch actually needs.
