The Studio
Built for the big ones.

Ratio Visuals is an architectural visualisation studio focused on high-rise and large-scale projects. We are architects who visualise: every tower starts as plan, section and massing, and ends as photographs of a place that doesn't exist yet — skyline heroes, the arrival, the amenities, the residences, and the people who'd live there.

Work like this is what a developer pre-sells on and an architect wins with — because it looks like the finished building, not like a render. The studio’s projects are set in Tampa, Miami, Dubai, London, Singapore and Sydney.

What we make

Rendering
services

01 / SKYLINE

Towers on the
skyline

Aerials, arrivals and blue-hour heroes that hold the whole tower and its real city context — the images that carry a launch.

02 / RESIDENCES

Residences &

Lobbies, pool decks, sky lounges, spas and the homes themselves — one palette per project, lived-in, photographed not rendered.

03 / FILM

Launch films

05 / PROCESS

Plans, massing
& camera studies

Every tower is worked up the way a building is — floor plans, sections, a grey massing model and a signed-off camera study before a single frame is rendered.

Launch identities

Every tower gets a name,
a mark and a brochure.

For each studio-series tower we design the launch identity and the sales brochure the developer would hand out. Studio concepts — not client work.

How it works

Four steps
to launch.

01 / BRIEF

Drawings in, shot list out

Plans, sections, massing or a model. We come back with a shot list, a camera plan and a scope — no pricing until we've read the drawings.

02 / GREY

Camera study, signed off

Every camera is agreed on a grey massing model before anything is rendered — angle, height, context, time of day.

03 / SET

Stills, then film

Exteriors, amenities and residences delivered as one coherent 4K set; film and reels follow from approved stills.

04 / LAUNCH

Every channel

Sales gallery, brochure, web, hoarding, social — delivered in the formats the launch actually needs.

Questions,

What does Ratio Visuals do?

We're an architectural visualisation studio focused on high-rise and large-scale projects — towers, estates and masterplans. We produce the pre-launch package: skyline and aerial stills, amenities and residences, launch films, and the process work behind them.

Who is the work for?

Developers launching towers, architects entering competitions and planning, and the teams that run sales galleries.

How much does a tower package cost?

Every tower is different, so we don't publish prices. Send us the project and drawings and we'll come back within one business day with a shot list, a timeline and a proposal.

How long does it take?

A full pre-launch set typically runs a few weeks: camera study first, then exteriors, then amenities and residences, then film. We confirm the programme with the proposal.

The founder

R. Mustafa

Architect, founder

We are architects first. Every tower we picture starts as a plan and a section, and ends as the photograph a buyer believes.

Our job is to make the decision easy — for the developer signing off the launch, for the architect defending the design, and for the person who will one day live there. Nothing leaves this studio that we would not put our own name on.
