What drives the cost of a
visualisation package

The cost of an architectural visualisation package is driven by scope, not by a rate card: how many finished frames, how much of the building has to be modelled, how much styling and life each frame carries, whether there is film, and how many review rounds the programme allows. We don't publish prices — every project is scoped and quoted on its own drawings.

01 / Scope

How many frames, and of what

The first driver is the shot list. A single hero exterior is a different job from a pre-launch set with exteriors, residences, amenity levels, aerials and plans that all have to read as one building.

The second is how much of the project has to be built in 3D. A tight camera on a facade needs far less model than an aerial that shows the whole district.

02 / Detail and life

Materials, styling, entourage

Photoreal materials, real furniture, planting and people take time, and they are the difference between a model and a photograph. A styled residence with people in it is a bigger job than an empty grey room.

Day, dusk and night variants of the same camera each need their own lighting pass — they are not a free export.

03 / Film, plans and review

The rest of the package

Film is priced on length and shot count, not on the number of stills. Plans, massing studies and material boards are quick next to a finished frame but still sit in the schedule.

Finally, the programme: how many review rounds, how tight the deadline, and how much changes after the draft stage. We agree all of that in writing before anything starts.

FAQ
How much does a visualisation package cost?

Every project is different, so we don't publish prices. Send us the drawings and we'll come back within one business day with a shot list, a timeline and a proposal.

Do you charge per image or per project?

Most projects are scoped as a package for the whole set, because that is what keeps a launch consistent. We'll tell you exactly how your project is structured in the proposal.

What's included?

An agreed shot list, the review rounds we quote, final files in the formats you need, and marketing usage rights.

How do I get a price?

Send us the project on the contact form and we'll come back with a shot list, a timeline and a proposal, usually within one business day.
