Architectural Rendering FAQ

Visualization basics

What is 3D Rendering?

3D rendering is the process of creating a 2D image or animation using computer graphics. It brings 3D models to life! In architecture, 3D rendering is widely used to create realistic visualizations of buildings and spaces. It helps architects and designers showcase their designs to clients, allowing them to visualize the final result before construction even begins. It’s a powerful tool that brings architectural concepts to life!

What do I need to start a project?

Put together all the information regarding your project and send it to us in a way that suits you best. To start we need from you the next information:

– Render brief

A render brief helps to define the overall desired look and feel of the project. It outlines key elements of your project and communicates your goals, requirements, budget, and deadlines

– Project details

To create the perfect architectural renders within the shortest possible term, we need the next information: drawings, sketches, plans, materials, styling, mood boards, references, and any other information regarding the project. Please notice that the more detailed information you provide, the more efficiently we will implement your project.

– Outline preferred size, file format, and amount of images needed

– What deadlines are expected to be met?

At the first stage, we expect to be paid half of the project’s estimated cost in advance with the remainder due after you approve the final outcomes.

How to choose between still images and animation?
Both still image and 3D animation are immensely popular nowadays. Top-notch architectural animations win more attention from potential buyers, investors, and/or partners, increase website traffic and attract more followers on social media. Architectural animation combines hundreds or even thousands of still images to provide a movie-like effect, so, in the final, you will have movie and images at the same time. Yet the price of this product may be substantially high, so everything depends on your purposes, goals, and budget. If you still can’t decide let’s talk about your project and we will help you to choose.
