Wet ground is free realism

We argue about which frame leads a set. For Vantage House the argument was short. It is a hotel + branded residences on the Corniche and the Gulf in Abu Dhabi, and this is the frame the rest of the set is built around.

Wet ground is free realism. It doubles every light, softens the paving and tells you the weather was real. Nobody buys a building because it is raining, but everybody believes a picture in which it is.

Vantage House is 45 storeys: stacked curved balcony bands wrapping the tower in continuous horizontal ribbons. The crown is a flat plain roof. Those two decisions are the whole silhouette, so every wide frame in the set names them again — a tower that changes shape between images is a tower nobody trusts.

Inside, the set runs one palette — limed oak, Carrara marble, brushed nickel, ivory bouclé, sage green — so twenty frames read as one address rather than a folder of pictures. People stay small and busy. That consistency is the difference between a set and a slideshow, and it is the part clients feel long before they can name it.
