Cascade
Quay

A 66-storey mixed-use tower in Denver, Colorado, USA: stepped setbacks every twelve floors giving four planted terraces, pale limestone piers and deep-set bronze windows. The crown is a stepped ziggurat crown with a planted rooftop terrace.

The building

One new large-scale project every day — this is day 8.

Cascade Quay is worked up the way a launch package is: a locked design, then the skyline and arrival frames, then the residences and amenities, all in one palette — honed travertine, wide white oak, warm plaster, champagne bronze, sand linen.
