Auburn
Wharf

A 62-storey twin-tower masterplan in London, United Kingdom: a slender glass shaft with champagne-bronze fluted vertical panelling on one face and stacked balcony bands on the other, three green sky-garden voids cut through the flank. The crown is soft angled sloping crown rising to a point on one corner.

The building

One new large-scale project every day — this is day 12.

Auburn Wharf is worked up the way a launch package is: a locked design, then the skyline and arrival frames, then the residences and amenities, all in one palette — blond spotted-gum timber, honed sandstone, white plaster, oatmeal linen, terracotta accents.
