Sterling
Terraces

A 62-storey mixed-use tower in Miami, Florida, USA: a faceted crystalline glass shaft folding in large triangular planes with slim bronze fins on the fold lines. The crown is sharp asymmetric faceted spire.

The building

One new large-scale project every day — this is day 26.

Sterling Terraces is worked up the way a launch package is: a locked design, then the skyline and arrival frames, then the residences and amenities, all in one palette — board-formed concrete, black steel, walnut, charcoal wool, amber glass.
