Ondine
Point

A 62-storey waterfront condominium in Nashville, Tennessee, USA: a slender tapering shaft with a subtle 90-degree twist over its full height, sculpted white spandrels. The crown is the twist resolving into a sharp diagonal crown.

The building

One new large-scale project every day — this is day 59.

Ondine Point is worked up the way a launch package is: a locked design, then the skyline and arrival frames, then the residences and amenities, all in one palette — smoked oak, black-and-gold Portoro marble, brass, cream bouclé, camel leather.
