The
Pavilion

A boutique office building leased off-plan — visualised from the plaza to the workspace, so tenants could feel the address before it was built.

Overview

Leasing an address that didn't exist yet.

For the leasing campaign we built the whole building and shot it like a real one: the dusk hero, a daytime arrival, the lobby and workspace, the evening streetscape, and an aerial in context.

01 — The building by day, bronze fins and board-formed concrete.
01 / The brief

Lease the address, and the experience

Tenants commit to space they can't walk yet. The building had to feel like a place you'd be proud to work — inside and out.

02 — The same building in its urban context, from above.
02 / The approach

One building, plaza to desk

We anchored on the dusk hero, kept the same concrete-and-bronze architecture through daylight, the lobby, the workspace and the evening street — one coherent address.

03 — The double-height lobby: board-formed concrete and bronze.
04 & 05 — The workspace floor, and the lit streetscape at evening.
Fully leased before the topping-out.
03 / The result

A complete leasing story

Six images that walked a tenant from the street to their future desk — the spine of the leasing campaign.
