A waterfront condo tower, pre-sold off-plan — from the blue-hour skyline shot down to the model homes inside.

Overview

Pre-selling a tower, floor by floor — before it broke ground.

The developer needed the full off-plan package: a blue-hour hero on the skyline, the residents' lobby, model homes with the view, the amenity deck, and the waterfront context — all reading as one tower.

Services

01 — The tower by day, from the marina promenade.
01 / The brief

Sell the address, and the view

Buyers were committing off a render. The tower had to feel inevitable on the skyline, and the homes inside had to feel like somewhere you'd actually want to live.

02 — The waterfront context — the same tower in its district, from above.
02 / The approach

One building, ground to sky

We anchored on the blue-hour skyline shot, kept the same tower across daylight and the aerial, then took the camera inside to the lobby and model homes — one continuous place.

03 — The double-height residents' lobby at evening.
04 & 05 — A model home over the marina, and the rooftop amenity pool at dusk.
Three penthouses reserved from the renders alone.
03 / The result

A complete pre-sales story

Six images that took a buyer from the skyline to their future living room — used across the sales centre and the off-plan launch.
